Maeil Foods has a proud 80-year history of producing traditional fermented pastes.
We’re known for our long-standing heritage and a high-quality, multi-product manufacturing system.
We supply about 40% of our total production in the form of amino acid soy sauce to major corporations, which is used in ramen seasonings, spices, and sauces.
This has earned us a strong reputation for quality among our industry peers and customers.
We’ve also developed our own brand of natural seasonings, Ajimi and Nonghu-mi, and successfully filed for a patent in Japan. Our products are now expanding into markets worldwide, including the United States and China.

With our domestic HACCP and FSSC22000 certifications, we’re accelerating our research and development into new materials derived from fermented pastes. Our goal is to lead the new trends in the global food industry.
